Discovery Houston, press to ATO The number you have dialed, has been changed. The new number is… please note, the new number is… The number you have dialed is not in service at this time. Lift off at mission 41-D BREAKING NEWS! The body of missing Warrnambool teenager, Takashi was found at Lake Pertobe tonight, unconscious and dead. We have confirmed the identity and he is now at peace. Months leading up to his death, his behaviours included things such as: Fear, obsession and self-hate. So now the question stands: Was he controlled? Or did he want to change? Or did he hate the guilt of dishonest love? Or was he just a Stalker who went too far, Or did he want to avoid the traumas of Sirens manipulating him? (Manipulation) Only one way to find out…..

Controlled 03:32
I took a bullet for my valentine Through my head, down my neck, watched my world turn red I chased a leopard for my alibi To run away, from the end of time I’m staring right at you, but light’s too bright to emphasize The fact I’ve already said goodbye, and have promised not to cut my own wrist I’m waking far from you, and don’t know if any words are right If I keep trying to hang myself, don’t tell me to cut the rope! Never fall for real and never break the deal! Never ending fear of being controlled Never fall for real and never break the deal! Never ending fear of being controlled I bought a switchblade for my valentine, To mark our mayday where it all started I broke the promise and said “Hi” to the veins An ocean of red forming from freedom I’m crying far from you, and everyone asks if I’m alright Which makes me keep on loathing life, just cause everybody gives a shit I’m waiting next to you and ashes of cigarettes hit the ground, The place we should be buried alive, cause you know I might end my life! Never fall for real and never break the deal! Never ending fear of being controlled Never fall for real and never break the deal! Never ending fear of being controlled I’m crying far from you, and everyone asks if I’m alright Which makes me keep on loathing life and how everybody gives a shit I’m waiting next to you and ashes of cigarettes hit the ground, The place we should be buried alive, cause you know I might end my life I’m waiting next to you and ashes of cigarettes hit the ground, The place we should be buried alive, cause you know I might end my life Never fall for real and never break the deal! Never ending fear of being controlled Never fall for real and never break the deal! Never ending fear of being controlled

Last night proved all points, About how I’ve changed Flash lights, false alarms, Woke up, ready to run But something’s still suss, Why aren’t I in thirst? Cause that switch can be, flipped like, 1234 (Woh-oh, who-oh) Worried that I might change (Woh-oh, who-oh) Took too many words from a page (Woh-oh, who-oh) Say goodbye to the powers I held (Woh-oh, who-oh) Last night, shut the belt Last night, exposed all lies, About how I’m same I’m just cast away, Survived the shipwreck But still stranded, finding the wrong ways Cause that switch can be, flipped like 1234 (Woh-oh, who-oh) Worried that I might change (Woh-oh, who-oh)Took too many words from a page (Woh-oh, who-oh) Say goodbye to the powers I held (Woh-oh, who-oh) Last night, shut the belt Woh-oh, woh-oh, Worried that I’m a wreck Woh-oh, woh-oh, Realising I’m a mess Woh-oh, woh-oh, Clothing on the floor Woh-oh, woh-oh, Picked up in 1 2 3 4 (Woh-oh, who-oh) Worried that I might change (Woh-oh, who-oh) Took too many words from a page (Woh-oh, who-oh) Say goodbye to the powers I held (Woh-oh, who-oh) Last night, shut the belt

I’m out of breath and I need a rest, So the first place that I head is your house down the road, yeah We Sit down then I start to cry, Cause it’s been too deep, then you whisper “It’s alright”, yeah You want to show me sympathy, and we know it’s not right, nothing’s okay in this moment of time, yeah I want to feel your empathy, and we know it’s not right, but we’re sparking the same lights Don’t be feelin’ like you gotta please me, No need to stitch my misery! Don’t be feelin’ like you gotta heal me, No need to dry my tears this time! (No need to dry my tears this time) I know that it’s, way too late to put my shirt back on, We’re not gonna move on, Yeah, Taking you to therapy, I just want the best for this Leaving voicemails every night, yeah I wanted to mend your agony, through this acted bleach, of bathrobe and candle lights, yeah, I know that this is toxic, high school relationships, but we keep on touching lips (And your bedroom was our grave!) Don’t be feelin’ like you gotta please me, No need to stitch my misery! Don’t be feelin’ like you gotta heal me, No need to dry my tears this time! (No need to dry my tears this time!) Yo, You knew I was hurt and vulnerable, And then saw how easily you could do me for, Your own ego and make me feel the cold, Guilt of her tryin’ to fix my broken heart but, When I just wanted to leave and run away, You called me every single day, Trying' to push that blame, and feel that shame, When all I wanted to do was cry in pain!

A lesson learned in time, the price of fiction And the stories that lie. I can pretend bliss, with a blinded kiss And the drinks that taste of counterfeit. A lesson learned in time, I know that I loved, Just didn’t know how to trust. And how honesty, couldn’t hurt our lips But the moments make us romanticise. Who we are, and how we could stand out In a galaxy where everybody’s torn and hurt And the stars, if they might listen, all these lies could be innocent All these dreams could be innocent

Watching you falling asleep, right in the back seat I’m still riding shotgun, staying up and keeping guard Teardrops in my eyes, I can’t let them fall! Even though I hate having to act strong! I’m breaking, you’re falling I’m breaking, you’re falling I’m breaking, you’re falling I’m breaking, you’re falling! (Down) I’m breaking (Down) You’re falling (Down) I’m breaking (Down) You’re falling Hold your apologies because, I just want to let you go! (Down) I’m breaking (Down) You’re falling! Waking up and noticing, that you can’t stop shaking I look right in your eyes, I see your fear lasting This broken feeling, you just won’t understand! I can’t antagonize you or this silence! You’re breaking, I’m falling You’re breaking, I’m falling You’re breaking, I’m falling You’re breaking, I’m falling! (Down) You’re breaking (Down) I’m falling (Down) You’re breaking (Down) I’m falling Hold your apologies because, I just want to let you go! (Down) You’re breaking (Down) I’m falling! We’re breaking, we’re falling We’re breaking, we’re falling We’re breaking, we’re falling We’re breaking, we’re falling! Stalker 03:30
Trailing your taillights, like a blood sucker Desperate to kill the thirst, though it’s over South of a magnet, north can’t separate Turns me to a predator, kill me right now! (I’ve became a stalker) And I’m Living up to what is dead now can’t admit that I’m a stalker Dressed, in red to hide from her, but I still stand out because I’m insecure not cause the colour, I locked you up Inside my head in handcuffs I’m falling into you, and I know you don’t know, that’s my biggest fear You’re walking away, when I’m not dead yet, you’re in danger (You’re in danger) And I’m Living up to what is dead now can’t admit that I’m a stalker Dressed, in red to hide from her, but I still stand out because I’m insecure not cause the colour, I locked you up Inside my head in handcuffs Memories of the days, when I wasn’t obsessed, I was a stranger Then came the days where I was obsessed and I was a stalker (you were in danger) Trailing your taillights, like a blood sucker Desperate to kill the thirst, though it’s over South of a magnet, north can’t separate Turns me to a predator, kill me right now Living up to what is dead now can’t admit that I’m a stalker Dressed, in red to hide from her, but I still stand out because I’m insecure not cause the colour, I locked you up Inside my head in handcuffs (Now run away from me)

Romeo killed Juliet, a sleeping potion Love can be a broadway, in a theatre of pain, But a script, isn’t given to everybody, Actors forced to improvise, and make mistakes And I hear tragedies, signing petitions Medea reflects me, she killed her own children She wanted to hurt, herself and Jason Macbeth, Macbeth, foul is fair With thou be gone? It’s nearly day, will you take me down in cold hands? The lark sings a song, about better days, sorry sights and faint hearted What’s done is done, I’m a blinded clown, the naked truth cannot be bound I’m counting time until the end, cause Romeo killed Juliet

I knew that this war had no peace Even if the guns silenced hate But the sounds of falling coins, Brainwashed innocence into revenge (Screaming sirens lie, with their rhapsodies!) Screaming sirens lie, with their rhapsodies (Silent harmonies, now I am deceased!) Silent harmonies, now I am deceased I heard her voice, scream through the gaze And knew it was true joy and bliss But then it was me, who turned to scream As the needle hit, thorough her choice (Screaming sirens lie, with their rhapsodies!) Screaming sirens lie, with their rhapsodies (Silent harmonies, now I am deceased!) Silent harmonies, now I am deceased Is this the price I’ll pay, for being who I was? The whiskey shots, the bedroom floor Has stained my heart, like a trauma, while she will easily, Walk away (Screaming sirens lie, with their rhapsodies!) Screaming sirens lie, with their rhapsodies (Silent harmonies, now I am deceased!) Silent harmonies, now I am deceased

about

Obsession is highly fatal. It’s a drug that leads you to become addicted to dreams and romantics, instead of reality. Minami Deguchi’s debut album, “SIRENS AND STALKERS'' is a half-biographical story of his late years as a teenager, as he reflects exactly on those ideas and how it shaped him as an artist and a person.

The album title itself is a suggestion of what Deguchi deems to be the key events of his personal life for the last few years - how the beauty of people and dreams deceived and manipulated him, similar to the rhapsodies sang by Sirens, and how he subconsciously became obsessed with them and chased them - much like a stalker.

The album can be heard as both a diary of his bygone pain and a portrayal of his musical journey, from the heavier tracks such as “Controlled” and “Screaming Sirens”, Emo-kid anthems like “Please Me (feat.Jemma Killen)” and “Hold your apologies” and the melancholy ballads such as “All These Lies”. Predominantly paying homage to the pop-punk and emo sound of the 2000’s (the era in which he was born), it can be assured that this release produced by fellow Warrnambool music legend, Adam B. Metal is only the beginning of what is to come for the 18-year old.
